84 Hood and Headlamps

Hood is from a 1984 Z51 Corvette.  I purchased the car in 2000 and drove about it about 120 miles, just to get the car home.   The previous owner drove the car every day but let the car sit out in the weather and, as you can see from the pictures, the clear coat has deteriorated considerably.  The hood would definitely need to be repainted.

Top view

The shiny black look is just water from washing off the hood.

  All the clear coat is gone
