Chromoly roll bar kit from S&W Racecars.  Their  kit comes with a straight piece of tubing that is supposed to fit horizontally behind the seats.  I guess it would fit if you removed the soft top locking mechanism, but otherwise, I do not see how to make it work.  According to the manufacturer "Our standard kits come with a straight seat crossmember, that will work in most applications, unless the seat is far back." I guess he never sat in a C1.   S&W does make a custom "dropped seat crossmember" that should work, but I don't know why it was not included in the "standard" kit.

In an effort to conceal the wiring running into the doors (electric door locks and windows) I cut a groove in the bottom door hinge strap into which the wires will be placed.  A 16 ga. plate will be welded in place to cover the wires.
